About this organization
he Harvey Health Centre is focused on the health and wellness of all residents in the area and offers primary care and out-patient services. The health care team includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, a nurse practitioner, diabetes educator and dietitian. There is co-located X-ray and physiotherapy, by appointment, in addition to access to diagnostic tests, including lab work and electrocardiograms. We also offer ambulatory blood pressure and Holter monitoring. A variety of programs is offered in the centre including pulmonary rehabilitation, healthy aging assessment, and foot care, as well as group and individual education on a variety of topics. Private physician offices are on site as well as the community outreach program which helps community residents with home care services.
