Offering parent education and support to pregnant moms and their partners to help prepare them for the birth of their baby. Classes with healthy snack in a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere. Classes cover pregnancy health and babys development, nutrition, childbirth (comfort measures, stages and medical interventions), breastfeeding, early postpartum and newborn care, home safety (home hazards, car seat safety) and more as needed.
