About this service
One-on-one creative meetings focused on personal and emotional needs are now available to CAFi clients. No artistic experience is necessary. Art therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. By using imagery, color and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, one can express thoughts and feelings that would otherwise be difficult to articulate.
