About this service
What Do We Do?
- We provide free employment services to young Manitobans.
- We utilize a "coach approach" to engage with youth to drawout their own ideas, guide them to develop action plans and build an accountability structure to ensure they met their employment goals.
- We provide a safe and supportive environment where youth can learn new skills, develop confidence in themselves and feel supported during their transition to employment.
- We develop relevant and responsive programming to meet the needs of Manitobas youth, community organizations, and industry partners.
We also provide advocacy services for youth who may need assistance in finding services, connecting with resources, and having difficulty advocating and navigating systems.
