The Cultural Resource Facilitators of Manitoba Possibles NNSU assist newcomers living with disabilities in Winnipeg, providing family focused care and case management, helping them to connect with services and supports to enhance their daily living.
Our Services Include
- Providing direct language and cultural interpretation and facilitation services for newcomers with disabilities, and their families, who are facing language and cultural barriers
- Ensuring that newcomers with disabilities, and their families, have access to assistance in navigating health, rehabilitation and social services.
- Supporting and educating service providers by increasing their awareness of, and sensitivity to, the cultural values of newcomers with disabilities.
