About this service
At VOI, we envision a world where all abilities are embraced and valued. Our Day and Employment Services are designed with this in mind. We help adults with intellectual disabilities find what they truly love to do while they find their place in the workforce and the community.
Our services focus on developing life skills to help individuals navigate pre-employment, employment, and retirement, as well as finding their own unique place in the community. And we have a lot of fun doing it!
Services in Portage la Prairie, Carman and Winnipeg are tailored to what participants really want to learn and experience.
How It Works
We offer a menu of activities to choose from at the beginning of each session. A combination of community outings, on-site workshops, and skills-related classes - each day is always a little different. Our services are flexible and adaptable. We ensure that our services meet the needs and goals of each individual and their support network.
