About this service
This program is free and requires no registration.
It is a great way to meet new moms and to get out of the house for a couple of hours. On site we have a Public Health Nurse and a Dietician available to answer any questions you may have regarding yourself or your baby. You can weigh your baby every Tuesday if you like and keep track. We offer milk coupons to pre and postnatal moms with babies under the age of six months and bus tickets to those who need to get to and from group. We learn Nursery Rhymes so that you can sing them to your baby. We also provide a healthy snack at group so we ask that no outside food be brought as we could have allergies among the group. It is informal, fun and very informative as we have different topics. We provide child care for children who are over the age of one. Oh yes, and of course daddys are very welcome to attend as well.
