About this service
McMillan House is an 8 bed, stand alone, women centred Halfway Home. Established to create an environment that fully supports female parolees who face the myriad of issues that arise for women who have been in conflict with the law. McMillan House provides a warm, supportive. home like setting for the residents and is situated in a quiet residential area of Winnipeg close to Corydon Avenue. A brochure designed for sharing with women in the Provincial System can be downloaded here. A brochure for those in the Federal System is here.
McMillan House has a Mother-Child suite which is a private, child friendly area in the lower level. It is available for use by residents and their children.
