About this service
A community project and Social Enterprise of Thrive Community Support Circle (formerly known as Pregnancy & Family Support Services), the Thrift Shop aims to empower families and individuals. It does this by providing access to good quality clothing and household items at affordable prices, and by providing volunteer opportunities where individuals can learn employment skills and gain work experience. We work with volunteers from various programs, including disability programs, work experience programs, the Fine Options program, and volunteers doing court-mandated community service. As well as newcomers to Canada and international students!
