Thrive - Parenting Programs and Workshops

Programs include:

• Positive Discipline: It addresses common issues that arise between birth and the end of adolescence.
• Nobody's Perfect: A facilitated parenting program for parents of children from birth to age five. The program is designed to meet the needs of parents who are young, single, socially or geographically isolated, or who have low income or limited formal education offered in communities by facilitators to help support parents and young children.
• Handle with Care: Is a simple interactive program to help parents and caregivers, including those who work in early childhood settings, to promote the mental health of young children from birth to 6 years.
• Coping with Change: : Post-natal Education Workshop. Now that baby is here, do you think you should be feeling happier than you do? Do you feel depressed, angry, lonely or that things arent how you thought theyd be?
• Emotional Wellness: Learn to understand, manage and even enjoy your feelings
