Teen Stop Jeunesse - Transition to Employment Program

Participants (ages of 15 to 30 years) that are accepted to the Transitions to Employment Program (TTE Program) will take part in 4 weeks of training and development. During this time they will learn about todays workforce, themselves and how to put the two together to move forward in a successful direction.

Once they have successfully completed all classes they will then be paired up with a Career Coach as well as one of our host employers. They will spend 12 weeks working full time with them in order to gain work experience in the field they are interested in and have the possibility to gain permanent employment.

We aim to ensure that each participant is matched to their ideal host employer. What this means is that we take the time not only to get to know the participants but also our host employers so that when considering placement we can ensure it is equally beneficial in the long run. This is what we believe sets us apart from other programs that are similar to TTE.
