About this service

The Babysitter Training course is a 6.5 hour training program for students ages 11.5 and over (for grades 6 and up).

Our in-person and online Babysitters Training program was designed to instill confidence in students, new to babysitting, by providing comprehensive instruction around topics such as:

  • Characteristics of a good babysitter
  • Rights and responsibilities of employer and employee
  • Understanding and caring for infants/toddlers/pre-school and school-age children
  • Accident prevention
  • Dealing with illness and other problems
  • Basic First Aid procedures
