About this service
The Healthy Aging Resource Team is a group of community health care professionals that are dedicated to helping those 55 years of age and over to live well. Our team consists of a nurse and two dietitians who work together to provide a wide variety of health services and community supports. These services (a Winnipeg Regional Health Authority program) are covered under Manitoba Health.
