About this service

Hope Air can arrange flights on commercial routes serviced by Canadas national airlines and some larger regional airlines (e.g. Bearskin in Ontario, HawkAir in B.C.). The charity doesnt have airline partners or funding to fly to more remote Northern areas. Also, Hope Air cant arrange flights for individuals who have access to government programs or other organizations that reimburse travel expenses for healthcare. All individuals who request a free flight are contacted by a Hope Air volunteer and asked about family income and other access to support. The Hope Air in-take process is very simple and generally completed within five to 10 minutes.
