About this service
We provide education, assistance, coping techniques, and support for women struggling with mental health issues. Through a partnership with SHOPPERS LOVE .YOU. we now offer a weekly women's psycho-educational and self-compassion program whose aim is to put women's health first. The core components of this weekly session include empowerment, education, compassion, self-care, mindfulness and support. This weekly session is offered every Thursday 7-9 p.m. at no cost.
