About this service
Individualized Services to all people supported
Place where a person can choose and work their own schedules, activities as well as volunteer placements.
This service offers various services to a wide range of people, from young and energetic to an aging group, at our 436 William location and within the community. Through Individualized Services, DSPs work along-side services users to navigate all accessible resources, build relationships, promote independence, set and follow up on goals, build individual profiles, and make connections through exploration and discovery in their community through social, leisure and volunteer experiences.
Placements: Agape Table, Whodunit, Sams Place, Seven Oaks Grand Hospital, NEWC, Maples Personal Care Home, Wrench, NWCC, Croc-A-Doodle, Childrens Museum, YFC
