About this service
Participants attending group exercise program, are provided with a hot lunch and participate in a group activity in the afternoon. A daily education session is also provided that includes information on medication management, falls prevention, maintaining general health and community information. Based on need and assessment, recommendations may also be provided by physio, OT, dietitian, nurse or social work. The team will also work with the primary care provider such as family doctor or nurse practitioner.
