About this service
Gilbert Park Going Places (GPGP) is the place for youth to be! All programs are free and we offer a snack at each visit.
Time and Location: Our doors are open six days a week, 12 months a year.
During the school year:
Monday to Friday, 3:30 - 7 pm
Saturday 11 am 4 pm
Summer Holidays (Also School Inservice Days)
Monday to Saturday, 11 am 5 pm
Programs offered through GPGP include:
- Healthy Relationships
- Careers for Kids
- Film Club
- Kids in the Kitchen
- Drop in counselling
- Beading
- Boys & Girls Groups
- Homework Help/Literacy
- Peer Mentor Program
GPGP also offers a variety of non-formal activities including Xbox, computer skills, gym, art, bike rides, books, movies, sports, homework help and field trips.
