About this service
ONE-TIME COUNSELLING
Offered for women who want to connect with a counsellor relatively soon about current issues and/or resources in the community.
ONGOING COUNSELLING
Offered for women who need from 1 12 months of support to deal with issues of trauma, domestic violence relationships, childhood abuse, body image, self-esteem, separation & divorce, coping, parenting and other related issues.
Our current ongoing counselling waitlist is between 4-6 months.
