In 1974 a 118 unit enriched Donwood Manor Elderly Persons Housing Inc. (EPH) complex was constructed adjoining Donwood Manor Personal Care Home. Donwood Manor EPH is sponsored by eight Winnipeg Mennonite Brethren Churches in cooperation with the Manitoba Housing Authority (MHA). Donwood Manor EPH provides independent living in an environment with security, opportunities to socialize, access to a meal program and other services.
