About this service
The Central Speech and Hearing Clinic is dedicated to providing a range of specialized services to support children and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing in Manitoba. Audiologists at CSHC provide a variety of services for children who attend for auditory-verbal therapy. These services include:
Regular hearing tests to monitor hearing status
Hearing aid selection, fitting and verification
Ear mold impressions
FM system management
Bone Anchored Implant Services
Cochlear implant candidacy evaluation and follow-up (click here for more information)
These services are available from the time a child enters our program until they turn 18.
