About this service
Outreach & Respite Services
Our outreach program is constantly changing, growing and evolving. We provide over 900 hours of specialized services throughout the city each month. Not only do we provide respite to parents and caregivers, we do so by focusing on events that are member driven and always something to look forward to.
Supported Independent Living Services
Outreach involves staff spending time with individuals who live independently and need a helping hand. Whether its a ride to the grocery store, a trip to the bank, or needing a bit more assistance with everyday tasks, our goal is to provide the support so that one can live in their own home for as long as possible.
