Empowering Youth to Lead
Torch Club is a small leadership and empowerment program for youth ages 10-13.
Members elect officers and create their own recreation activities and community service projects. Torch Club members gain knowledge and experience in the areas of community service, leadership, teamwork and healthy choices. Members are supported by adult supervisors who offer guidance during the program.
