Putting the "FUN" in Fundamentals
Play Cool is a program that encourages children ages 6-11 to engage in regular physical activity during the after-school hours.
During Play Cool, children learn and practice fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing and balance through fun games.
The program also builds endurance, flexibility and strength to give children the building blocks they need to establish a life-long commitment to their health.
