About this service
Girls Night Out is a recreational sport and physical activity program that introduces girls and young women to a variety of physical and recreational activities in a safe and supportive environment.
Based on the CAAWS On the Move concept, the Girls Night Out program is designed to increase opportunities for girls and young women to participate and lead in sport and physical activity.
Girls Night Out allows participating girls to identify the activities they are interested in trying which have included a variety of outings such as rock climbing and archery.
