Our families can have the power to build us up and to pull the rug out from under us. Often we get the most frustrated with those closest to us, and when we are sad, they are the ones we need the most. Families are under more stress today than ever. Competing needs, schedules, fears, all add up to disconnect us from each other. Family Therapy is a unique opportunity to help families talk and share with each other to help us heal the hurt that has been caused, and to bring closeness back where there has been distance.
