About this organization
At WELARC, we help newcomers to Canada improve their communication skills in English or French. We provide referrals to English or French classes where a person can work on improving their language skills for work, education and life in Canada. We use the Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test and the Batterie de tests de classement des niveaux de comptence linguistiques canadiens.
