About this organization
The Womens Centre provides a safe space for women on campus to work, share and learn together. The Centre advocates on behalf of women of the university and offers a wide range of services and feminine hygiene products. All women are welcome.
The Centre offers condoms, pregnancy tests, information on reproductive issues, free menstrual products and information on alternative menstrual products, Wendo - womens self-defence courses, the feminist radio show on UMFM (which is always looking for volunteers), and an ever-expanding resource library, filled with feminist books, magazines and videos.
