About this organization
The North Centennial Seniors Association of Winnipeg (NCSA) is a registered non-profit organization which provides a social, fun fitness and a healthy environment for our members. The NCSA is located within Sergeant Tommy Prince Place (formerly named the North Centennial Pool and Recreation Facility), 86 Sinclair Street, Winnipeg (at the corner of Dufferin & Sinclair).
Member activities include chair exercises, mat exercises, aqua fitness in the pool, walking class, PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise), carpet bowling, zumba, weight training, painting classes, library and presentations on health-related topics, travelogues, etc. We also have hot dog days, pot lucks and lunches to meet and socialize.
Interested NCSA members have a volunteer opportunity to be partnered with children in pool activities to foster senior-youth connections in the Grandma/Grandpa Swim Program.
Cost of Membership: $15/year
