About this organization
Lions Personal Care Centre is a licensed and accredited nonprofit personal care home located at the corner of Portage and Sherbrook. The Centre has 116 private rooms with lounges and dining rooms on each of the three floors. Residents are under the care of a Nurse Practitioner and Physician. We provide residentfocused care in a homelike environment and offer home cooked meals and a wide variety of therapeutic recreation programs to maintain the residents physical, mental, spiritual, and social functioning at their maximum level. This location includes a Supportive Housing program and an Adult Day Club. Lions Housing Centres mission statement is to serve the evolving needs of seniors, families, and the community through specifically designed facilities, personalized services, and quality programs.
