About this organization
The Lions Club of Winnipeg the first Lions Club in Manitoba and the third in all of Canada received its Charter from the International President of Lions Clubs on Saturday, November 26th, 1921. The Lions Club of Winnipeg Housing Centres Board of Directors is comprised of Lions Club of Winnipeg members.
Today, Lions Housing Centres continues to provide a comfortable, home-like atmosphere and for the first time, a continuum of care for over 800 Residents - a testament to the determination, faith and energy of the Lions Club of Winnipeg.
