Deaf Centre Manitoba Inc. (DCM) is a non-profit Charitable organization which recognizes the value of Deaf Culture and American Sign Language. The purpose of the organization is to coordinate and/or provide resources, programs & advocacy that enhance the development of the Deaf community.

The Deaf Resource Centre (DRC) is an information clearinghouse operated by Deaf Centre Manitoba Inc. DRC responds to inquiries about a diverse range of topics related to Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing persons including culture, education, health, and family.
