Andrews Street Family Centre, in Winnipegs North End, is one of 24 donor-supported centres across the city. Andrews Street provides a place in the community where families work to meet their own needs. United Way Winnipeg donors provide core funding which supports the agency in offering a safe place for children and youth through Pritchard Place Drop-in Centre and parenting support through their Parents Helping Parents program. A Volunteer Program helps community residents to strengthen their work skills in addition to providing outreach and practical support to families and their children, including laundry machines.
