We operate out of the Canadian Mental Health Association's Building (Not during Code Red Lockdown)
A.I.R. (aka Action In Recovery) is a support group with a unique purpose, mainly action. Many other support groups out there offer a welcoming environment for folks experiencing addictions and/or mental health issues; however, our group focuses on the idea that when people become fully expressed they become more willing to take action in their lives to support personal wellness. We support those who are ready to undergo a change and help them personally construct a plan of action based on their lives. This is conducive to recovery as we all have to choose our own path to recovery.
