About this organization
People living in and around Winnipeg Beach now have more opportunity to access health care close to home, as today Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, with support from the Town of Winnipeg Beach, officially opened a new primary care clinic that can help with every day health care needs. A nurse practitioner and primary care nurse will be available for non-urgent care by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Nurses at the clinic will be able to help people with most of their everyday health matters. When necessary, they can also consult with specialists and community partners. Its a team approach that ultimately means better and more coordinated care for patients in the region.
