About this service
The self-help and peer support services of CMHA exist to provide one on one support to individuals in need. We also offer a safe place to visit if you just need to talk to someone who will listen, or offer referrals to appropriate community services that might help you further with specific needs. Our purpose and goal is to empower clients in developing coping skills and offer supports to assist them on their paths toward recovery.
If you feel there is a mental health challenge you are facing and are not sure how or where to go to get help, drop by our office to talk with someone who can offer direction and support toward recovery and good mental health.
