About this service
Wheelchairs, walkers, and canes are available to borrow for up to three months. Equipment must be authorized by a health professional. (Doctor, Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Homecare or Chiropractor) Equipment may only be loaned to a client living in a private residence. We can not loan equipment to a resident of an institution.
This service is available free of charge but donations are greatly appreciated. All donations go directly back to the program for equipment maintenance, repair and replacement
