No matter our age, stage of life, past and present life experiences life can be challenging for each of us. Feeling overwhelmed like it is all just too much or underwhelmed and left feeling like there must be more to life are common feelings for many. Finding the balance in life can prove difficult in practice no matter how great it sounds in theory but having a trusted guide can help.
