About this service
A personal, caring connection Lifeline is simple and effective. A small portable Personal Help Button is worn on a neckchain, wrist strap or clipped to clothing. If you need help, simply push the button.
A Lifeline Communicator is connected to your telephone line. It sends an automatic call for help when you push the Personal Help Button or the Help Button in front of the Communicator.
Highly trained personnel receive your help call and immediately attempt to make voice contact with you. If assistance is needed, they will contact one of your responders - nearby friends or relatives. For more serious situations, an ambulance or police will be dispatched. Help is on the way.
