About this service
Our Mission Statement
To prepare, Equip and Mobilize ATC Gen Next individuals who are called to sacrificial service within Adult & Teen Challenge.
Servant, Unreserved, Responsible, Godly and Excellent (SURGE)
SURGE is an eighteen (18) month intensive leadership training program. We invest in our young leaders to prepare them to extend Gods kingdom. In this program, you will learn how to lead like Jesus. You will be challenged to plug into God the SOURCE of our power daily.
We are here to help, support, give advice, guidance, and provide mentoring for all students. You will begin to grow as a person and as a Christian leader. SURGE is similar to an apprenticeship program for Adult & Teen Challenge leaders.
Join us this spring for a few days of team building, training, worship, fellowship and more; as we learn to apply the SERVE model of leadership to our daily lives.
