About this service
E.R.I.K is an Emergency Response Information Kit developed by community advisory council, established in response to community concerns regarding the availability of adequate information in emergency situations. The kit ensures that users have a standardized package of health related information placed on their refrigerators making it handy to paramedics and other health care providers.
Once completed, the kit provides the necessary information for emergency personnel to respond quickly to emergency situations. E.R.I.K is available from Support Services at 310 Christie Ave. We are asking that anyone taking a kit please make a donation to cover the expense of preparing and distributing more kits.
