About this organization

The Selkirk & District Community Foundation (SDCF) is a non-profit charitable organization registered with Revenue Canada, incorporated in 1995. We create and carefully manage permanent endowment funds and distribute the interest from those funds in grants every year. The recipients are non-profit groups operating in the City of Selkirk and the Rural Municipalities of St. Clements and St. Andrews, Manitoba. We also provide leadership by bringing people together from all sectors to identify and address local issues strengthening our community and creating a legacy for all our donors.
