About this organization
Situated in Russell, Manitoba, my office is a quiet place to talk through some of the hurdles you may be facing. Relationships, life trajectories, parenthood and careers can all be rewarding while causing us pause, disappointment, stress and uncertainty. With over 17 years of clinical experience working with clients in therapeutic settings, I provide psychological services to help address those places of stress that can impact our mental and emotional well-being. Using a variety of evidence-based interventions, we can work through those spaces where you may be experiencing darkness, angst or discomfort.
