About this service
Includes a 23 bed inpatient unit, a 6 station hemodialysis unit and a 20 bed personal care home. The Inpatient Unit has 2 Hi-Care beds, 2 Observation/Not For Admission Stretchers, 1 Minor Treatment Room, and 3 cribs.
Role in Patient Care: The Pine Falls Health Complex shall provide primary and secondary care for the population it serves. Care is provided by the team which includes physicians, nurses, dietitians, Diagnostic Services staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc. This includes inpatient care: adults with medical needs; the elderly, children; 24-hour emergency care; diagnostic services including laboratory investigation, x-ray; hemodialysis; and mental health. This Complex also provides an Aboriginal Liaison worker and Pastoral Support.
The Pine Falls Health Complex is a facility managed by Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority.
