About this service
Peer support services focus on people with lived experience (PWLE) of mental illness helping each other learn skills to live well, manage their health, and achieve personal recovery. Peer support services are an essential part of the full spectrum of mental health services available and has been shown to compliment traditional clinical care. There is a range of peer support, from informal to structured service embedded in a clinical setting.
