About this organization

McCreary abounds in cultural and athletic participation and facilities. The presence of a Recreation Director and an Arts Council

promotes, coordinates and enhances activities. School programs fully utilize facilities.

The McCreary Recreation Commission was established in 1968. With 13 board members and a full time Recreation Director,

the Commission is able to provide a variety of programming options as well as fundraise for 6 of our facilities: The McCreary

Swimming Pool, The McCreary Centennial Arena, The McCreary Curling Rink, The McCreary Community Centre, The McCreary

Agricultural Society, and The McCreary Golf & Country Club.
