Gimli Betel Home Foundation - Recreation Services

Betel Home offers a wide variety of recreational programming and activities to improve and nurture our Residents holistic quality of life. One full time and two part time staff in conjunction with a full time coordinator, in each facility work together with a vast volunteer base to provide ample opportunities for Residents to socialize, get active, be stimulated, and most of all enjoy themselves. We work around four basic areas of need for our programming: cognitive, social, physical, and emotional. In each of these areas we strive to offer a choice of activities that appeal to every cultural background, ethnicity, and spiritual following taking into account the varying capabilities of the people we serve. In a diverse world we are always doing our part to be fluid and provide new and exciting things for each and every person who calls Betel their Home.
