Anyone requiring information on EBN Food Bank Hamper Programs is asked to contact Elaine Gibbs, Program Coordinator, at (204) 642-9736. We offer Monthly Hamper Program, and Emergency Hampers. To receive a hamper, clients are asked to phone (204) 642-9736 Ext. 3, and set up a specific appointment time. Calls must be made no later than 3:30 PM on Tuesday, If no one answers please leave a message stating your name and phone number. All calls and messages are confidential and will be returned as soon as possible.
