About this organization
The objective of the Bette Winner Public Library is to select, organize and to have available a variety of material which will aid in the pursuit of education, information, research, recreation and in creative use of leisure time. The goal of the library is the maximum use of its collection by the greatest number of people.
The library has available to borrow: current books, magazines, and the latest videos and DVDs. Through the inter-library loan program, the library staff can request from other libraries books or publications that our library does not have in stock. There are also 5 public access computers for patrons to access the internet, this service is available free of charge during regular hours of operation. They are also certified to invigilate exams.
Membership is available free of charge to all residents of Gillam and Fox Lake.
