About this service
Provides confidential crisis intervention, counselling, information and referrals on a 24 hour basis; we do not use call display. Assists women in identifying their immediate needs and develops a plan for meeting those needs consistent with their personal circumstances. Helps women with the development and revision of personal protection plans for themselves and their children.
Provides information and education with respect to abuse, including the cycle of abuse and the profile of an abuser, as it relates to each individual woman. Appointments for on-site counselling can be made by women upon request
